#teamtash TRAINING FITcamps cater for all levels of fitness, ages, and abilities. Each FITcamp block runs for 10 weeks in line with the school term , with 2x 30 minute training sessions per week. Sessions are encouraging, supportive and challenging with like minded women where you will pushed to reach your fitness goals.
