This is a 45 minute class, more like small group personal training (PT), that is designed to help you be a strong and powerful wāhine. With our focus singularly on strength, this class is designed to condition, shape and tone your whole body. It is the perfect complement to our other classes - FITcamp, COREfit, BOXfit and Mobility. STRENGTHfit is both in-studio and online - it’s perfect to do from the comfort of your own lounge! Just pick our virtual option. We recommend having some equipment if training from home: dumbbells and/or kettlebells.
