#teamtash TRAINING is a fitness studio for women. We offer a range of training options and our equipment, facilities, culture and classes make us one of the best studios for women in Dunedin. Our philosophy is centered around empowerment and helping women become the best version of themselves possible. We have a huge range of modern equipment from weights to functional training equipment, cardio machines, a sled area and everything in between.

FACILITIES

We have all the facilities of any modern gym including change rooms, showers, a kitchen area for those last minute breakfasts before work, and of course free off street parking.

TRAINING

Whether you prefer to train on your own or as part of a fun, supportive group, we offer both individualised personal training , group fitness FITcamp and a range of classes to met all of your needs.

 
 

SERVICES

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training sessions are designed to empower and challenge. Not only will you get a tailored training session once a week, you will get ongoing nutrition support, measurements, and an exercise plan to help you reach your health and fitness goals . Limited spots available.

FITCAMP

Our FITcamp sessions are an encouraging, supportive environment with like-minded women of all fitness levels and ages. There are 8 different groups to choose from with both morning, lunch and evening sessions available. Places fill up quickly so get in touch with us today to register for the next available slot.

STRENGTHFIT

This is a 45 minute class, which is more like a small PT group, this class will work perfectly  along side FITcamp, COREfit and any of our classes we offer. Strength training brings tangible results and is hugely satisfying.

BODYFIT

This 30 minute body weight high intensity class, will increase your fitness safely and quickly, and will set your metabolism on fire. 

BOXFIT

Increase strength, stamina, and cardiovascular fitness with Boxfit. Boxfit is high intensity and not only helps you strengthen and tone your muscles but it's also a great stress release and it burns around 400 calories a class. Classes are 30 minutes duration and bookings are essential.

COREFIT

This class will  perfectly complement our other classes here at #teamtash. COREfit is a 30 minute class that will incorporate, engage and challenge you core using a range off different ways.
