If you are ready to take your health and fitness to a whole new level, we can offer you one-on-one or even small group personal training sessions with one of our amazing personal trainers. These sessions are held weekly in-studio or via virtual for our clients who are not local, these are specifically tailored to your individual goals and abilities.
Our coaches at #TeamTashTraining are the best of the best. We will never ask you to do something you aren't comfortable with but we will push you to achieve more than you thought possible. You may want to feel motivated, be held accountable, or even know that someone is on your side lobbying for your success. We will support you through whatever form your individual journey takes.
At your first session we will talk through your goals and create a plan together for achieving them. We will focus on including complementary activities so that you will experience an optimal mix of strength, cardio and recovery classes throughout the week.
We believe in delivering an accessible service to a wide range of individuals which is why our prices are extremely competitive. Our standard personal training package includes one 30 minute individual training session per week, fitness planning, nutrition support and measurements. Weekly packages start at $35.
