This is a 45 minute class, which is more like a small PT group, this class will work perfectly along side FITcamp, COREfit and any of our classes we offer. Strength training brings tangible results and is hugely satisfying.
Our focus is pure strength, this class is designed to strengthen, tone, shape and condition your whole body. Every time you work out with weights, you become stronger, and so next time you’ll be able to lift more, which is both incredibly satisfying and motivating.
This class is the perfect class and can be done from home. We do recommend you have dumbells, just select the virtual option on our booking app and the Zoom meeting ID will be emailed to you an hour before the class starts. If you don't already have Zoom, I suggest you set up an account, its free and will make it quicker to join in - A coach will be there 5 minutes before the class and we will kick off right on time.
Casual classes are $15 a class, 5 class Pass $70, 10 class pass $130, our hardcore 12 weeks unlimited class at $35 a week and we have an intro package 1 month of unlimited classes for $60 - new members only. no weekly membership required you can simply pay as you go.
