My Best

A guy named Tim Grover trained both Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant. (I’m a big fan just in case you didn’t know this about me)

When asked about how Kobe, one of the fiercest competitors of all time, trained, Tim said:

"Kobe would take your heart and your balls and everything in between, and then glare at you for taking too long to grow more guts for him to rip apart. It didn’t matter whether you were a teammate or opponent, no one was spared. He challenged you for everything you had: I’m taking it all, you gonna fight me for it? Those who did earned his respect. Those who didn’t had no chance. Ever."

INTENSE I KNOW – But That's the attitude I embrace with my life - a fighter, a hard worker, I don’t stop, I’m always looking for ways to be the best -my best. I Fight and work very hard to be where I am, I love competition as it makes me fight harder.

Tim continues:

"He was the ultimate athletic predator. He’d lock in on his target, and from that moment, he didn’t feel anything except the raw desire to dominate. I can only compare him to a cold-blooded killer, a lion stalking his prey. Attack. Done. Next."

That's how I want you to approach your workouts. Go in with that raw desire to dominate. Attack the workout  with an unmatched ferocity. Just hard work. You vs you. The kind of hard work that leads to huge success.

There's a reason The Rock and Arnold (I’m also a fan of these two) still start their days with an intense  training session .  Because it carries over into everything they do and sets the tone for the rest of their day.

Who's fired the f*ck up to train? To set some workout goals and smash them!! I know I am!!
