Individual personal training sessions are held in studio once a week. Personal training sessions are tailored to your goals and your abilities, we would never ask you to do something you weren't comfortable with but at the same time we will push you to achieve more than you thought possible.
At #teamtash TRAINING we can help guide you with what to eat or even help create a weekly meal plan. We encourage new clients to keep a food diary for the first few weeks to see where you are at and then make modifications from there.
On your first session we will talk through your goals and put a plan in place to achieve them. We focus on planning complementary activities throughout the week, so a good mix of strength, cardio and recovery.
We believe in delivering an accessible service to a wide range of individuals which is why our prices are extremely competitive. The standard personal training package which includes 1x30 minute training session a week, fitness planning, nutrition and measurements. Sessions range from $35.
